Hello Terrapin Families,

Another productive week…and Trimester down!  “If everyone is moving forward together, then success takes care of itself.”  Henry Ford

iReady and Lexia!  1st Annual March Madness Competition
Encourage your children to take advantage of the differentiated learning opportunities available to them on iReady and Lexia (TK-1).  10 - 30 minutes nightly makes a huge impact on math and reading progress and both programs are 100% free and customized to your students needs.
We currently have a March Madness iReady competition going on at school.  All students have a goal of completing four total assignments each week, two in reading and two in math.
If you are having trouble gaining access please ask your child’s classroom teacher.

BIRTHDAY CELEBRATIONS
We ask that if you choose to celebrate your child’s  birthday at school, please do so in a healthy way. Please do not bring food to school, but you can:
  • Have your child bring their favorite book to share and the  teacher or child will read it to the class.
  • Donate a book, ball,  jump rope (new or used) to the classroom for recess.
  • Choose a favorite song or musical piece to sing or play for the class.
  • Bring a colorful pencil, sticker, eraser, or simple goodie bags for the entire  class with safe items (no  balloons, or food items, etc.).
  • Only bring party invitations if every student in the class is invited.
