Dear Stone Ranch Families,

The educational experience at Stone Ranch Elementary School is designed to meet the needs of each individual student. Our school’s Mission Statement is: to serve as the gateway to our students' futures and to prepare them for success as members of the global society.

This is our responsibility and we will ensure that Stone Ranch students will strive to become independent thinkers, resourceful problem-solvers, and confident citizens in tomorrow's world.

The Stone Ranch family consists of school, parents, students, and community. Together we will work as a team to encourage and motivate all students to reach their fullest potential. With this in mind, our staff will model, and students will become lifelong learners and responsible citizens striving to make the world a better place to live.

High standards and expectations for each student in regard to academic performance and responsible citizenship are also at the foundation of our school.

Additionally, I believe that technology plays an important role in the education of our students as it can foster a personalization of learning where children are engaged and take ownership of their studies. My goal is that every school day our students will use media and technology through real world problem solving as they research, communicate, collaborate, persuade, analyze, and of course learn.

Finally, I look forward to building a partnership with you to support your students as we provide them with the most rewarding academic and social experience possible.

For the Children,
Dr. Larry Hausner
