We are excited about our upcoming band and musical performances!  We will open the doors to the MPR around 8:00 AM.  If you arrive after we have closed the gates at 8:10, please enter through the MPR doors facing the front of school.  When the performances are over, we ask that you exit through those doors to the parking lot.  Mr. Diebolt, Mrs. Serrano, the teachers and our talented students have been working hard to give you shows you will remember!!
Buy your yearbook now so you and your kids can enjoy pictures from Spirit Carnival, Red Ribbon Week, and all the other fun memories from this wonderful school year. Go to http://www.treering.com/validate, and plug in the Sundance code: 1014697386031160. Yearbooks cost $19.95, and even includes the option of two personal pages to fill with your own additional pictures.
We are fortunate to offer after school programs, such as chess, choir, book club, yearbook club as well as outside provider programs.  Students that attend ESS check in with them first, then go to the designated class or program area.  Students that do not attend ESS should to the program right away when school is out.  Kindergartners are picked up at the classroom.  Please remind your students when they have an afterschool class to attend.
Also, please note the time that the programs end and plan to pick your child up at that time.  The office is often closed when the program ends and the coaches / teachers need to leave as well.
In keeping with Sundance tradition, we will dismiss at 2:35 on THURSDAY, December 19 and 12:55 on FRIDAY, Please alert anyone who may be picking your child those day of the change.

We have a new Instagram Page to go along with our Facebook page it’s: sundanceelementary (all one word.) We have about 35 followers but mostly K parents. We’d love to get some other grades involved. This page will focus more on classroom activities vs. whole school.
Some Sundance Parents have created a Facebook Page to help build more community within our school.  This group is not administered by the school in any way but provides a chance to connect with other Sundance Parents: https://www.facebook.com/groups/1456800417734747/
