PUSD enrollment for new students entering transitional kindergarten (TK) and kindergarten will open May 4th. In order to accommodate Park Village families, as in previous years, we will hold a special enrollment day on May 9, 2017 from 2:30 pm until 4:30 pm in the multi-purpose room for all grades TK to 5th. On this enrollment day, an ESS representative and our TK teacher will be on hand to assist you and answer questions.

Also, if you know of any families with school-aged children who are currently not attending Park Village ES but live within our boundary, please feel free to invite them.

Checklist of documents to bring with you to enroll your incoming student in kindergarten or other student new to Park Village
____ Original birth certificate or passport and a copy 
____ Download and fill out all of the required 2017-18 enrollment forms at the District New Enrollment web
 pages [See LINK above] and site-specific forms found on this Park Village webpage (see "Park Village Site Forms" below).
____ Two separate forms of residency verification and a copy of each (Example: deed to primary residence, lease agreement, utility bill).
____ Original current immunization records and a copy.
____ Contact information for local relatives or friends who will be allowed to pick your child up from school.
