New Student Enrollment

District Enrollment Forms for next school year are now available on the PUSD New Student Enrollment page of the district website after April 29th.

Transitional Kindergarten (TK) and Kindergarten Enrollment:

PUSD enrollment for new students entering Transitional Kindergarten (TK) and Kindergarten will open May 1, 2018.  In order to accommodate Park Village families, we will hold a special enrollment day on May 1, 2018, from 2:30 pm until 4:30 pm in the multi-purpose room for NEW STUDENTS in all grades TK to 5th. On this enrollment day, an ESS representative and our TK teacher will also be on hand to assist you and answer questions. Also, if you know of any families with school-aged children who are currently not attending Park Village ES but live within our boundary, please feel free to invite them. If you are not available to attend on May 1, you may enroll your student(s) beginning on May 21, 2018, from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm in the front office.

Below is a list of the documents you will need to bring on May 1:
____ Downloaded and completed 2018-2019 PUSD enrollment forms. Go to
____ Park Village-specific enrollment forms (3): Walking Field Trip, Volunteer Code of Conduct (Optional), Megan's Law (Optional)
____ Original birth certificate or passport and a copy 
____ Two separate forms of residency verification and a copy of each (Example: deed to primary residence, lease agreement, utility bill)
____ Original current immunization records and a copy
____ Contact information for local relatives or friends who will be allowed to pick your child up from school
