Scholastic Books comes to Painted Rock twice a year.

Box Tops for Education

We collect Box Tops from certain grocery items.

Character Counts! / Panther Pride

A program that promotes and teaches the importance of strong character to our students.

Community Concerns

PTA supports the community through donations to Adopt-a-Family and high school grad nights.

Cultural Arts

A committee that supports cultural arts and teacher-directed art lessons.

Dad’s Club

Our dads support our school in many ways.

Educational Assemblies

Students experience arts and culture through music, dance, theatre and visual arts.

Garage Sale

Twice a year, PTA sponors a garage sale to help fund our PTA programs.

Garden Club

Students are able to participate in a "field-to-market" program growing and selling vegetables from our school gardent.

Hospitality

This group takes care of our teachers and staff by providing luncheons.

Mother/Daughter Tea

Mothers and daughters spend an afternoon enjoying high tea.

Panther Bites

Once a month or so, families are asked to have dinner at a specific restaurant, then our PTA gets a percentage of the profits.

Panther Spiritwear

We sell t-shirts and then show our school spirit by wearing them on Fridays.

Parent-Child Dance

A popular event for Moms and Sons, Dads and Daughters.

Phone Mates

A phone book of sorts, for our families at Painted Rock. Each student receives one FREE copy.

Pictograph

This is Painted Rock’s weekly newsletter, sent via EMAIL.

Red Ribbon Week

A week we designate for drug and alcohol education.

Registration

Prep registration packets, new family tours and back-to-school events, including the Class Posting Party.

Reflections

A National PTA program that gives our kids the opportunity to express themselves through the arts.

Painted Rock's running program to enhance physical education on campus.

5th Grade Promotion Clap Out

On the last day of school, the entire student body lines up along the inner cirlce of the campus, clapping our 5th graders on to middle school.
