Pick up, Drop off and Parking


Flow of Traffic Directions:

In order to not obstruct any traffic on Martincoit in any direction, we are asking families to follow the flow of traffic list below. All cars, whether traveling north on Martincoit or South on Martincoit, will enter one of the parking lots across the street from the school From here, families will drive through the parking lot and wrap around to exit the parking lot from the middle driveway. Staff will direct cars, when they can exit the parking lot and enter the horseshoe loop. Once in the loop, families will be directed to a temperature check zone. Students will be given a temperature check, and families will be asked questions. Once complete the students will need to exit the car, and then proceed to the entrance that corresponds to their temperature check zone:

Station #1 - Walk-up Temperature check station will be in front of the MPR (Students will enter the gate between the MPR and the Administration building to enter the campus.)
Station #2 – Horseshoe Loop Drop-Off Zone (Students will enter the front gate near the front office to enter the campus.)
Station #3 – Horseshoe Loop Drop-Off Zone (Students will enter the north front gate to enter the campus.)
Station #4 – Horseshoe Loop Drop-Off Zone (Students will enter the north gate to enter the campus.)

Students should be ready to exit the car on their own with all of their belongings as you enter the loop. Once the student exits the car, then we will ask parents to pull out of the loop so the next car can enter. We will need to get more than 200 students in through this process, so we ask that all families adhere to the following:

1) Only students will exit the car, no exceptions.

2) Students need to have their belongings with them in the car, not in the trunk.

3) Please say all of your goodbyes, hugs, etc. prior to enter the loop.

We ask this, so the flow of traffic continues to move, as well as optimizing the amount of students work with their teachers while on campus. A visual map has been provided for you to review. Please also review the map with your child.

Other Information:

Students are to be dropped off no earlier than 8:10 for the AM Cohort or 11:45 am for the PM Cohort.
Please be sure to be ready to pick up your child from the AM Cohort at 11:05 am, and 2:40.


If a family chooses to not use the horseshoe loop for pick up and chooses to park and walk-up, they will need go to the staff member outside the MPR. We will radio for your child or children to come to the MPR for pick up. There are social distancing spots for families to stand as we get your child to you. This is the only location for families that choose not to use the horseshoe loop to pick up their children.
