We Love Volunteers!

We will need the following information before you volunteer your time on campus.  The forms below and TB testing information can be found on the Volunteer website HERE or the forms can be picked up in our school office. 

1. Bring proof of a negative TB test administered within the last 4 years.
2. Bring proof of Covid vaccination or negative test within one week of volunteering.
3. Read and sign the Volunteer Code of Conduct.
4. Read and sign the Volunteer Code of Confidentiality.
5. Complete the form for the Megan's Law Background Check Level I.
6. Bring all paperwork to office or scan to Ms. Ali
