Online Continuing Student Registration for Current Creekside Students

Continuing Student Registration is a yearly process in the spring by which parents update personal information such as home address, email address, phone numbers, emergency contacts, etc.  You will be notified well in advance about the continuing student regiation process.  

Please contact the office during the year to communicate any changes regarding your child’s demographic information (address, contact information, or emergency contacts).  Changes can also be made by the parent on MyPlan.  Please note some changes need documentation such as proof of address if your student's residence changes.
