TB Clearance, Gate Testing, See Something-Say Something Safety Video, Dogs on Campus

REMINDER! TB Clearance

Due to new regulations from both the state and county, PUSD nurses will no longer be providing TB clearance. The school district no longer offers free TB testing for volunteers.

The law requires that TB clearance be completed by a licensed health care provider. The provider will determine if risk factors exist and provide a TB test, if needed.

Here are a few nearby resources where you can obtain TB clearance. There may be a fee or co-pay involved at some locations:

REMINDER!2019-2020 GATE Testing Information
Gifted and Talented Education (GATE) involves services for students whose cognitive needs may require modified classroom curriculum and instruction to accommodate their learning differences and ensure their achievement.  Parents may request GATE testing for students in grades 2-7. 


TEST Date (only 1 test opportunity)

*Each school will determine their testing
date(s) within this 3 day window.

September 9 through

To request GATE testing for your child, complete a GATE Parent Questionnaire/Test Consent form online through the PUSD GATE webpage:

Please feel free to watch this PUSD SEE SOMETHING, SAY THING video and if you feel it is appropriate, share the video with our children.   Please continue to have conversations with our children about who is their safe adult at home and school.  Together,we will continue to keep our children safe!


REMINDER! Dogs on Campus

Please be advised that per PUSD Board Policy 6.22, dogs are not allowed on campus at any time*; this includes before and after school.  While we love our pets, we ask that you refrain from bringing your dogs/animals onto our campus. *Licensed service/aid dogs are permitted but must have their current, licensing paperwork with them.
