The Poway Unified School District has announced the appointment of three principals for the 2007-2008 school year. Ms. Carol Osborne has been named as principal of Morning Creek Elementary School; Cynthia Venolia has been named as principal of Stone Ranch Elementary School; and Andrew Johnsen, Ed.D., has been named as principal of Valley Elementary School.
