New Year, New Wellness Challenge:

Introducing a New Well-Being Program to Refresh Your Mind and Body!
 Renew.jpg

The Poway USD Employee Wellness Program is excited to announce that we are offering a new program called Renew, which is designed to refresh your mind and body, and strengthen relationships.

With the new year, you may have some wellness goals you are trying to achieve. The Renew Challenge is a flexible challenge that meets you where you are and helps you build habits across different aspects of well-being — physical, mental, social, and emotional. Discovering practices that work for you and making them a consistent part of your routine can help you thrive… while equipping you to bounce back from life’s challenges and setbacks.

In this 6-week program, your goal is to complete 6 scenes (30 activities) by logging 1 activity/day for 5 days a week. Your goal is to reveal a new scene each week.

There are no teams in this challenge, but you can do the activities with a partner to form a duo for the week. You can change up the duo partnerships each week. Duos can help with connection and accountability, but there is no pressure to work as a duo either. You can participate both as an individual and in the duo partnerships.

All Poway USD employees and their household members (18+) are eligible to participate in this online challenge.
Challenge starts on January 30 and ends March 12.
