 Official Transcripts 

Current students needing a transcript may either download the form from this site or obtain a Transcript Request form from the Poway Adult School Main Office (Bldg 100). Students should:
 
  1.  Complete the Transcript Request Form. The form must be completed legibly and signed by the student.
  2.  Turn the form in to the Main Office or fax to (858)748-7423. Transcript requests will not be processed immediately, so please plan accordingly and allow 2-3 days for processing.
  3. Students will be notified when the transcript is ready. Students may stop by the Main Office to pick up the transcript.
  4. Valid photo ID will be necessary to pick up your transcripts.

Unofficial Transcripts

Students in need of an unofficial transcript (does not need to be sealed and may be a copy) should complete the following:
Poway Adult School GED Students who completed the GED battery of tests after July 1, 1990 may Google ETS GED records to download a hardcopy of the “Duplicate GED Records Request” form.
 
An unofficial score report of current tests taken can be requested by contacting the counseling office at Poway Adult School. Students who completed the GED battery of tests prior to July 1, 1990 should complete the following:
 
  1. Stop by the Poway Adult School and fill out the Request for GED records form. Turn the completed form in to Counseling Office in Bldg 600 or fax to (858)748-7423. Transcript requests will not be processed immediately, so please plan accordingly and allow 2-3 days for processing.
  2. Students will be notified when the transcript is ready. Students may stop by the Main Office to pick up the transcript.
  3. Valid photo ID will be necessary to pick up your transcripts.
    1. One copy of your unofficial transcript will be provided.
