Welcome to Poway Adult School’s 2023 WINTER Quarter!Director of CTAAE, Kathleen Porter

 

Balance is an essential ingredient in a happy and fulfilling life. Without balance, juggling everyday challenges - from family, career, and personal commitments to finances and to-do lists - can seem overwhelming.

As we prepare for the New Year and new resolutions, why not allow Poway Adult School to help you find dedicated time to focus on you and your personal or
