ASES
PLEASE KEEP CHECKING OUR WEBSITE FOR UPDATED REGISTRATION DATES
A little about our program: We are a free-grant funded program, which is why its associated with required rules. Therefore, we must follow these rules in order to be compliant with State requirements. Students are required to be in attendance 5 days a week for at least half of the daily program. The county, who administers the program, is asking ASES to prioritize offering the program to students that can stay in compliance with the grant requirements.
In the morning the grant states that students should be checked in by 6:30 am. We realize that is not possible for many of our families due to a variety of valid reasons. However, our last check in time in the morning is 7:29am. There can be No exceptions. In the afternoon, the ASES program runs from 3:15pm - 6:15pm with priority going to students who can stay until 5:30pm. Sports, piano lessons, etc. are not considered an excuses for leaving the program before 5:30pm. This is significantly different than what you may have experienced in an ESS program where parents are allowed to check out their child at any time.
For any questions or concerns, please contact me directly.
Thank you!
