Rancho Bernardo Athletics

TICKET TO PLAY

To get your "Ticket to Play", print and fill out all pages of the athletic packet.  Forms must be complete and submitted at the same time and they need to be updated each school year. Physicals are valid for 12 months from the date of exam but must not expire during the season, including tryouts. (Getting a physical in June or July will cover you for the entire upcoming school year.)  Only originals will be accepted, please do not email or fax a copy to the school.

Please read the athletic handbook before you complete the forms required to receive your "Ticket to Play". Athletes and parents/guardians are responsible for the information contained in the handbook.

Seasonal deadlines to turn in your packet are posted below.  If a packet is turned in late there is no guarantee a ticket-to-play will be processed in time for tryouts.
