  •   PHS Engineering Academy Open House - February 8

    The PHS Engineering Academy/Pathway Info Night will be on Wednesday, February 8 from 7-8 pm in PHS Room N3-107. This is an opportunity to hear how the program is helping current students and how the Poway High School Engineering Academy/Pathway is making a difference toward their college and career goals. You will learn about what courses to enroll in to start the Academy or Pathway. There will also be a presentation about updates in the Academy and an overview of the program and pathway. There will be a question-and-answer period.

  •   Modified Bell Schedule - Thursday, February 9

    There will be a modified bell schedule on Thursday, February 9 at Poway High School.  School start and dismissal times will remain the same (8:35 a.m.-3:45 p.m.), but please be aware of class period, break, and lunch times for off-rolls and off-campus passes.

  •   Tuesday Career Speaker Series

    Starting in January, the Titan Center is hosting a different career speaker for five weeks on every Tuesday. Presenters will talk about what a day in their life looks like, how they got to where they are, and what you can do to be successful in their fields. Not only is this a great opportunity to network, but they will also answer any questions you might have!

  •   Scholarship Opportunities

    Our Scholarship Deadline Log has national and local scholarship opportunities, and it is updated weekly. In addition, Seniors, we encourage you to submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) as soon as possible. This application will let colleges know that you need money to attend their school. Review our Scholarship Workshop Presentation to learn about additional resources to help with searching for scholarships.

  •   San Diego Foundation Scholarship

    Seniors, The 2023-24 San Diego Foundation Common Application is now open. Access more than 100 scholarships with one online application! You don’t have to be a straight-A student to apply.   •   NHS Peer Tutoring Now Available

    Students who need help with their classes can sign up for tutoring with NHS student volunteers on Monday and Wednesday afternoons and Wednesday mornings in the Titan Center (Room K-16). Walk-ins are welcome, but signing up is strongly encouraged. Please register here.
