In 2013-2014, the state of California changed the way it funded school districts.  The new model, called the Local Control Funding Formula (LCFF), allows districts more freedom in how funds are spent but also requires the development of a Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP) that links spending to specific district goals for student achievement.  One key aspect of the LCAP process is the engagement of parents and other stakeholders in providing input and feedback.  We will be holding a parent meeting on Friday, January 26 at 8:30 a.m. in the MPR.  We will be looking for ideas on ways we can improve your child’s education at both the district and school levels.
Our annual Twin Trails Education Foundation Auction will be held on Saturday, April 21 with a tentative time of 5:00-8:00.  Like last year, it will be held on campus.  More information to follow.
