Shoal Creek's Extraordinary Playlist: A Virtual Variety Show!
Mark your calendars - we've found a way to keep our talent show tradition alive. This year, our students are invited to submit videos of their acts to be stitched together into one extraordinary playlist that will premier for the school, on an exclusive YouTube channel, on March 12th. If your student has an act they've been dying to share with an audience, please fill out THIS FORM by January 24th. This format also allows for more variety in our acts as you won't be limited to the stage. HERE are some ideas. Participating students will have until February 19th to submit a video of their polished act for the talent show crew to begin the compilation process. Whether or not you participate, we'd love for everyone to be able to tune in to see our awesome Otters perform the skills they've honed during months at home. Look for a link to the premier in the coming months. So warm up those vocal chords, brush up on your choreography, and let's get our playlist popping!
Yearbook
The Shoal Creek Yearbook staff wants to know what new skills you have learned this year! Have you become a master at baking cookies, making puzzles or have you learned how to roller skate? Share your new skill with us and tell us how hard it was to learn. We would also love it if you could add a picture of you practicing your new skill! Stories and pictures can be shared with us through shoalcreekyearbook@gmail.com.

BoxTops!
During this challenging time, our teachers and students need more help than ever. No matter what school looks like, Box Tops for Education is a fast and easy way for you to help out from home. Let's earn money for Shoal Creek! HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:Buy participating products and use the Box Tops mobile app to scan your store receipt. The app identifies eligible products and automatically adds Box Tops to your school's earnings online. Even if you’re shopping online or doing grocery pickup, you can still submit your e-receipts and earn Box Tops. Twice a year, our school gets a check! Be sure to download the Box Tops app or update your existing app! Box Tops are worth 10 cents each for our school. Your earnings may seem small, but they really do add up. The more people that participate, the bigger the impact we can make. Thanks for your support!
