  •   Student Early Check Out Policy

Parents or guardians who need to have children released during the school day must come to the office to sign them out.  GOV'T ISSUED ID MUST BE SHOWN, and allow at least 10 minutes for us to locate your child.  **Students will be called out of class when the parent physically arrives in the office and shows ID.      Students will only be released to parents or adults (over 18 years old) listed as an Emergency Contact.   We cannot accept phone calls asking us to release your child to another person.

  •   Classroom Interruptions

Please be aware the teachers have a lot of work to do with your students and we ask for your help in reducing the number of interruptions to the classrooms.  Our office staff has been instructed not to interrupt the classroom during the school day unless there is a family emergency.  You can help by discussing with your child alternate pick up plans for the days you may be running later or when the weather is rainy or alternate plans in case lunch/homework  are forgotten at home.  The office staff cannot guarantee that these items will get to the students in time.  We greatly appreciate your support in helping us create a successful environment for our students.

  •   Lunch with Your Child

Due to the large size of our school, we reserve Fridays as a day that you can come to school and eat lunch with your child. We ask that you do not bring siblings with you and that you do not go out on the playground while you are here. Thanks in advance for your understanding and cooperation.
