•   Character Counts for May-June 2021

The Character Counts program is designed to build a positive school climate by focusing on six pillars of character - trustworthiness, respect, responsibility, fairness, caring, and citizenship. Character education teaches universally accepted values and motivates youth to incorporate these values into their lives.  As we emphasize a school that has No Place for Hate, these pillars of good character will be our foundation!   Our school community works together to help students understand these traits and to celebrate students who exhibit those traits.
May and June’s Character Trait is Citizenship.  Open the attachment for these months’ newsletter and activity to foster citizenship with your family.
