  •   Winter Dance

The ASB Winter Dance is being held on Friday, December 10th from 6:00 - 8:00 pm in the Quad.  Tickets are now on sale in the Quad during both lunches.  This week tickets are $5.00 each, after Thanksgiving break the price will go up to $10.00.  This year's theme is Winter in Paris and will feature pizza, ice cream, games, photo booth and lots of sparkly lights!  Tickets will not be sold the day of the dance.  Dress warmly and enjoy an evening in Paris, Twin Peaks style!

Quarter 1 grades will be available for viewing the first week of November online through Parent Vue - we will not be sending home a paper copy of grades from quarter 1, so please make sure to check your student's grades online.  If you're not sure how to do this, please check out the attached PDF that will give you step by step instructions on how to access your stduent's grades through Parent Vue.

  •   Parent Letter – AB-104

Dear Parents/Guardians of Twin Peaks Middle School,

We recognize the pandemic has presented a number of challenges for many of our students. Offering options to help students who may have struggled with disrupted classroom routines is a priority for us at PUSD.

Accordingly, Assembly Bill 104 (AB 104) allows students to change their grades from a letter grade to a Pass or No Mark (NM).  The bill also allows for students in grades 6-8 who received grades D, F, or NM in at least half their classes to have the possibility of repeating their grade level in situations where it is appropriate and in the best interest of the student.  While this option won’t be appropriate for every student, it may provide an opportunity for some students to catch up. For questions or concerns about grade changes or retention, please contact your student’s counselor and/or administrator.

At Twin Peaks we want to work collaboratively to ensure decisions are made in the best interest of every student and their learning.
