Poway Unified SAT Scores Move Higher in 2007 (Apr 27 2015)

Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) scores have recently been released and Poway Unified School District is pleased to report the performance of its students. The total PUSD mean score of 1648 moved overall performance four points higher in 2007 compared to 2006.


Morning Creek, Stone Ranch, and Valley Elementary School Principals Named (Apr 27 2015)

The Poway Unified School District has announced the appointment of three principals for the 2007-2008 school year. Ms. Carol Osborne has been named as principal of Morning Creek Elementary School; Cynthia Venolia has been named as principal of Stone Ranch Elementary School; and Andrew Johnsen, Ed.D., has been named as principal of Valley Elementary School.


Principals Recommended for Poway Unified Elementary Schools (Apr 27 2015)

The Poway Unified School District is pleased to announce that Mark Atkins, Andrew Johnsen, and Sabriya Pedretti are being recommended for elementary school principal positions beginning July 1, 2007, pending ratification by the PUSD Board of Education on May 14.

Poway Unified Announces Four School Site H1N1 Vaccination Clinics for Saturday, November 21 (Apr 27 2015)

This coming Saturday, the Poway Unified School District in Partnership with the San Diego County Health and Human Services Agency, Palomar/Pomerado Hospital and the City of Poway, will offer four H1N1 vaccination clinics for Poway Unified students and their siblings ages 6 months to 18 years of age and for pregnant women.
