Grades: Grades will be figured on a weighted point system. Students may ask for their grades during any tutorial or after class if they are available. Final will be worth 20% of the total grade. Students may check online at any time to access their grade |
| Homework 10% - Due every day except weekends. |
| Quizzes 20% - Vocab quiz every week. |
| Participation 10% - Need to be willing and involved. |
| Tests 40% - About every three weeks. |
| Final 20% |
| No late work accepted. |
Attendance:
| A tardy will receive an automatic detention. |
| Absences need to be cleared in order to make up work. |
| It’s the students responsibility to find out what was missed |
| Absences will be reflected on the participation grade. |
| Make up work should be done within the week of the absence. |
Classroom Guidelines:
| No hats |
| No food or drinks in class. (including gum) |
| Respect others at all times. |
| Vulgarity and derogatory remarks are unacceptable. |
| Tutorial detentions will be assigned for any minor infractions. |
Help is available during any tutorial and after school.
