       Y+2 ≥ -7

           -2      -2

              y = -9

               And

               Y> -9

        -9                   0                 9

The way that you get the answer to this problem is that you have to get the y by its self.

Then you take the number 2 and try to get rid of it, so in the problem there is a +2 so use the  opposite  and that is –2 so do that on each side.

So the +2 is gone and if you add –2 to –7 it equals –9.

Then put the numbers like so:  y ≥ -9.

Then you graph it, make the line and put the arrows on the side and put 0, -9 and 9.

Put an oval or circle on the -9 and color it in black so that shows that it is equal or bigger.
