 The philosophy of the PHS Business/Technology Department is to assist and prepare students for employment, post-secondary education and develop skills necessary to continue learning throughout life.  Students are taught to be effective communicators, apply learned knowledge to real-world applications, solve problems, and be flexible and innovative.  Basic survival skills are taught that teach students the basic skills necessary for being productive and contributing citizens of the 21st century.

The Looming Crisis
