Objective:

1. Demonstrate knowledge of:

a. Formatting and font changes

b. Insertion of headers and footers

2. , The students will independently create in MS Word on his/her individual computer; a table with 20 animal names correctly labeled and alphabetized in English, insert 20 corresponding pictures of the animal, and label the 20 animals in their primary language.

Step 1:

1. Click Table

2. Click Insert Table

3. Select the number of rows and columns

a. Remember to add 2 extra rows for the title row and the separation row before starting the list of animals

1. Type in Column Labels

2. Change the Font Style of the Labels

3. Change the Size of the Labels to 16

4. Change the Color of the text.

5. Change the Shading of Row 1

6. Center the text
