Create a PPT Presentation about each of the six classes that you are currently taking.

• Total of 8 slides
• Title Slide

• Click the Design tab to select a design for your PowerPoint

  End Slide, but not using “The End”
• insert an Animated Gif on the last slide  Links
• Insert a Picture  on 6 of the 8 slides
• Apply Design Template  (Design Tab)

• Apply Slide Transition to all slides

o Slide Show

o Slide Transition

§ Selected slides:  Choose one from the list

§ Speed - Slow

§ Advance slide - Automatically after 3 - 5 seconds

§ Apply to All Slides

Click the Animations tab

Edit time here

Choose the type of transition here

Edit transition speed here

When finished, click “Apply to All”

• Apply Custom Animation to Title Slide and Ending Slide

o Slide Show

o Custom Animation

§ Activate text box by clicking on it

§ Add Effect

§ Entrance

§ Select from list (look at the number that is now placed by your text box

§ Click Play to see if you like it, if not select another effect

§ Click on the next box that you want to animate

Under the Animations tab

Click “Custom Animation”

		Then click “Add Effect”
Select the box to animate

Click “Entrance”, then choose from the list, or click on “More Effects” for more choices

When you select the animation, it will show you how it looks, and then it will put what you have chosen here

If you don’t like the animation you chose, you can remove it by selecting the animation from the list, then clicking on “Remove”

Once you have selected all the animations that you want for the slide, you can preview them by clicking “Play”

Once you have selected the animation that you want, it will go here

• Use a “Sans” font on each slide

Comic Sans

Lucida Sans

Microsoft Sans

Tempus Sans
