Concept Maps show information visually, and at-a-glance.
Information is grouped, or clustered, together showing a
relationship to the central concept. The
main word or concept is put in the center and the
links are shown with arrows, often labeled.
Concept maps are good for taking notes, organizing
information quickly when brainstorming, and
developing the organizational structure of an
essay or project.
Just like with Cornell Notes, concept maps can be "color
coded" to help with the visualization of
