  THE EYASES

1 day old and waiting for last sibling

Time for voice lessons?

Hey, move over - you're squishing me!

"UUGGH, I are toooo much!

Mudder!

Psst, are you awake?

Comon', WAKE UP!

Watch the birdie...

Keeping the egg warm

Huddle!

EEWWW, it's staring back at us!

All tuckered out

1 week old

Starting to get curious

You go left, I'll go right ....

I'm NOT going neat that edge...

Flexing the wings a bit

We are pals

Kickin' Back

Rumble

Pile on
The above pictures were taken on banding day by Scott Wright, and used with permission.
The first 2 are females, and the third is the male ~ with the golden feet.  They are beginning to get their juvenile feathers, as seen on the male's tail.

Now that we are here - what do we do?

Fuzzy down is giving way to juvenile feathers

Not babies any more

5/25 Slipping out of the box

One step at a time

Female

Male (maybe ~ a bit smaller)

My best vulture impression

It's been a busy morning
