Welcome to Marganne
and Renee's page. If you're crazy  Poway has most of the usual fast food places to eat including McDonalds, Burger
King and Kentucky Fried Chicken. There are a lot of Mexican places to eat. If you like a
"sub" sandwich think about going to Poor Boy Subs or Submarina . Giant New York Pizza has the biggest pizza around.
Here are some of the places that have kid menus: Hamburger Factory for breakfast, lunch & dinner, Boll Weevil where you build your own burger, Coco’s for breakfast, lunch & dinner, Chicken Pie Diner where they have great milkshakes and burgers in a 50’s setting, Papachinos where they make kids their own cheese or pepperoni mini-pizza that is huge and lots of pasta choices, The Original Pancake House for breakfast & lunch (they put chocolate chips in their hot chocolate!). There are some
grown-up Places that are kid friendly: The Brigantine has steaks and seafood, Dominics for
pizzas and pastas (you can sit and watch them throw the pizzas up in the air), the Big
Stone Lodge has steaks, hamburgers and family line dancing on Sunday afternoons(see
History page). Italia Mia If you like Italian food then Italia Mia is the place for you! It has friendly waitresses and waiters. It also has a yummy kid's menu that includes spaghetti, pizza, and ravioli (my favorite) stuffed with cheese or meat with marinara or meat sauce on top. The Caesar salad is the best I've ever tasted. After that, there's some great desserts! My favorite is spumoni ice cream with whipped cream and a cookie. Italia Mia is located near Target. If you want more information call (619)679-9300. by Lindsay Papachinos If you like pizza, Papachinos is the place for you. Papachinos has a personal pizza, just for kids. They have lots of other main dishes too, like spaghetti and ravioli. They also have a patio where you can look at the stars. You can even eat out there. You can order salad and bread so you are not so hungry waiting for the pizza. Last, but not least, the people who work there are so nice. The restaurants in Poway have good food and are very close. It only takes 10 minutes
to have a hamburger, pizza and a lot more. I hope we have satisfied you that if you
are going to move here you will love the restaurants.

place. It is in the 50's style. It reminds you of the show, "Happy
Days." They have good food there like milkshakes and hamburgers and a lot of
other good things to eat. There's a waitress there named Libby. She is a
really nice lady. I hope if you move or are visiting Poway, you will come and visit

Poor Boy Subs has lots of regular customers and great sandwich makers. They have a special
gold card that they give away to customers. If you have a gold card you can buy an 8"
sub, a large drink and a bag of chips for $3.99. Not only does Poor Boy Subs cost less
money -- the food is delicious. I hope you love this restaurant as much as I do and you

Our
class is excited that a new Carl's Jr. just opened in Poway on March 14th. It has a
great playground. The owners said that they are looking forward to working with the
schools by doing fund raisers and tours. We are glad to have them here in our town.
