Welcome Mighty Monarchs!

Dear Second Grade Families,

I am thrilled to have you and your child in my classroom this year. I hope you've had a wonderful summer break. My husband and I celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary by taking a 2 week trip (sans kids) to France. It was a trip of a lifetime! Don't feel too sorry for our children, though. They spent the first week with my parents seeing all the local sites and the second with my in-laws at a dude ranch in Colorado where they white water rafted, rode horses, fished, and learned the fine art of archery.

While it was indeed an exceptional summer, I am excited for the year ahead. I look forward to meeting you all very soon and getting to know you.
