Welcome Back! I hope you all had a wonderful summer! I had a very busy and exciting summer. I completed my 200-hour Power Yoga teacher certification. My husband and I celebrated our 2 year wedding anniversary by going on a Scandinavian Cruise to Russia, Poland, Germany, Estonia, Sweden and Denmark. We had an amazing time. I also competed in the Carlsbad Sprint triathlon, earning 1st place in my age group and competed in the San Clemente -1 mile ocean swim and placed 1st in my age group. Welcome back everyone!
I am very excited to be back at Morning Creek teaching 4th grade. I am really looking forward to working with you and your child collectively this year.
Parent, Back-to-School night is coming soon! We will discuss our discipline plan, organizational plan, homework, grades, units of study, field trips and any other questions/concerns you may have.
Parents are the most important people in a child’s life, and we need to work together for the benefit of your child. We need you to support our academic, homework and discipline efforts here at school. With school and home working together, I know that each and every student can have his or her most successful year yet.
Our wonderful 4th grade class this year consists of 29, awesome students! Our goal is to strive to do our best everyday. My goal is to help prepare students to be strong, responsible, organized and successful citizens as they prepare for 5th grade. To do this, we will work to guide them toward seeking and meeting challenges that help them develop the potential academically and socially. When students leave my class they will bring them a desire to learn that will last them the rest of their lives. I hope you enjoy our website!
