Go to www.flamingtext.com and create a cool heading for a page.  We should see something fancy on all your pages from here on out. 

Once the image is created, right click on it and do a "save picture as."  Be sure to give it a one word name that will allow you to identify it and be sure to include the extension ending of a  .gif.  Remember, the name should be 1 word without any spaces or special characters because servers like Geocities does not like these.

Use FrontPage to insert the picture you saved into your existing pages.  Navigate to where you saved and you've got it.

When you upload your files to Geocities, don't forget to upload the images as well.
