Writing Task: (Persuasive Essay)

·         Read the article, The Seven Knightly Virtues at  http://chivalrytoday.com/knightly-virtues/   

·         Decide which of these you think is most important in our modern world/for you today.

·         After you have collected your thoughts in your pre writing and organizing work, write an essay that convinces your parents and teachers which of the Knightly virtues is the most important in today’s world.

·         Students be sure to complete your prewriting notes and use them to write an organized and logical essay.

·         Remember, your use of vocabulary, grammar and varied sentence structure will affect your score.

·         This is a graded task and must be written in class.

·         All notes and prewriting materials must be stapled to the back of your essay when it is turned in. Essays without this material must be considered incomplete (below passing score) when they are graded.
