The children have a snack and lunch time each day.  I strongly recommend that you pack the snacks separately from lunch so your child doesn't eat everything at  morning snack.  First snack will be at 10:30 for 15 minutes.  A small high protein snack would be great for this morning break.  The kindergartners go to lunch at 11:45 and they have the option to bring lunch or buy lunch.  I will be with the children to help those buying lunch.  I will provide an additional snack and P.E. time for my class at 2:00 every afternoon.  A second high protein snack would work well at this time also.
