Hello and Welcome to my classroom Website.  Let me tell you a little bit about myself.  My name is Amie Shea and this will be my 9th year of teaching in Poway Unified.  I started my career as a reading teacher and then taught Third Grade. For the past 7 years I have loved teaching Kindergarten. I hold a CLAD Teaching Credential and a Master's Degree in Education with an emphasis on Educational Technology. 

I live in Poway with my husband Adam and my two year  old daughter Julia. We have two cats (Thelma and Louise) and we also have two dogs (Cloe, and Milo).  My family is originally from San Diego, however we moved around  for my Dad's job.  I have lived in Sicily, Italy and Bermuda!     

I am really looking forward to the upcoming year and being able to meet and get to know even more Stone Ranch Families. I am excited about starting another Kindergarten year that will be filled with learning, growing, and exploring!
