 Dear Families of E8,

Welcome to an exciting second grade year!  To begin our school year we will be busy getting to know each other and learning how to work together and care for each other as we develop our classroom routines and schedule.  Then before we know it, we will be one close knit school family.

Second grade is such an exciting year full of reading, writing, and math development.  Wacky Wednesdays are always a class favorite with us alternating our learning through an artist study, glyph, art attack lesson, book cook and quilting. 

I hope that you will find our class website a helpful way of keeping you informed.  I'll try to keep this page updated each month with the latest news of E8.  Please mark your calendar, Thursday, August 28th for our Back to School Night.  I look forward to sharing more with you then.
