Welcome to the Poway Unified School District Continuing Student Registration page!  Our current student information system has been discontinued by the vendor.  We will begin operating with our new student information system in August 2010.  We hope to reinstate the Online Update during the 2010-2011 school year.

In the interim, please contact your school site to communicate any changes regarding your student information.  Please note some changes will require you to provide support documentation

This website provides all the necessary forms needed to complete your registration for the 2010-2011 school year. Please follow the step-by-step instructions and proceed as directed.

STEP 1 ~ You will need the latest free version of Adobe Acrobat to download these forms.   Click to download. Be sure to uncheck any third party add-ins. Once download is completed, you  may need to restart your computer.

STEP 2~The Student Information Form will be available at your school site for your review and signature during site specific dates and times. 

STEP 3 ~ It is important that you read each of the documents listed in the table below.  When you sign the Signature Verification form, you are acknowledging that you have read all of the required documents.

STEP 4~ Please complete, print, and sign the required forms below. and return them to your student's school(s) during assigned registration time.
