Welcome to Poway Unified School District Continuing Student Registration!

The forms below are for students CONTINUING in Poway Unified School District. If you are a NEW student to Poway Unified, please click here to access the website.

 

This website provides all the necessary forms needed to complete your registration for the 2013-2014 school year. Please follow the step-by-step instructions and proceed as directed.

Step 1

You will need the latest free version of Adobe Acrobat to download these forms.
Click hereAdobe Reader to download. Be sure to uncheck any 3rd Party add-ins. Once download is completed, you may need to restart your computer.

Step 2

The Student Information Form will be available at your school site for your review and signature during site specific dates and times.

 

Step 3

It is important that you read each of the documents listed in the table below. When you sign the Signature Verification form, you are acknowledging that you have read all of the required documents.

Step 4

Please complete, print, and sign the required forms below. and return them to your student's school(s) during assigned registration time.
