the signed Student Info Sheet with
you, along with signed Signature
Verification form & 4th grade
student health form. We won't have the preprinted Student
Info Sheet from the district any longer.

NEW BELL SCHEDULE - 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM DAILY
NO TIME BANKING DAY
