Allison Aguilar

Allison is currently attending San Francisco State University. She is majoring in Kinesiology with a minor in Dance. She is studying to be a physical therapist for dancers. Outside of her dance courses, she tries to go into the city as much as possible and take classes from the local studios. When she can, she attends City Dance Studios to take class from open rehearsals with the hip hop company "Funkanometry," as well as going to ODC to take contemporary classes.

Kait Boal

Kait recently auditioned and successfully made it onto a competitive hip hop team at UCLA called ACA Hip Hop. They hope to perform at Vibe, Fusion, other local competitions, and school events.

Danielle Fowler

Danielle is in her 4th year on the Cal State Fullerton Dance Team. She is also the Dance Captain and a member of the 8 time National Dance team. Cal State Fullerton Dance Team has finished first in Division 1 of the College Cheerleading and Dance Team National Championships (Universal Dance Association UDA), held in Walt Disney World in Orlando and the United Spirit Association (USA) nationals held in Las Vegas Nevada, each of the 4 years she has been a member. Dance team members perform at every men’s and women’s home basketball games, as well as community events. They support most sporting activities on campus with either performances or service activities.

Danielle Lopez

Danielle is the vice-president of the Cal Poly Pomona Broncettes Dance team. The team is going into its 3rd year and just held auditions. They are trying to make many changes to create a more organized, disciplined, and professional team. “Thank you to Shannon Parker for teaching me all that you did in my dance experience at Westview.”

Dina Smirnova

Dina attends Chapman University and is majoring in Dance and Business Administration. She also works at school as the Dance Department Student Faculty Assistant. Dina is teaching hip-hop, jazz, and competition classes/solos at Pacific Coast Academy of Dance in San Clemente, CA. She is still teaching routines at schools and studios, such as Norco HS, Westview HS, Oak Valley MS, Danceology, and Pacific Coast Academy of Dance. She is a member of the hip-hop company "Breed OCLA", which is an extension of Boogiezone.com, a website whose goal is to bring together the dance community. It is under the direction of Elm Pizarro (who basically knows everyone and their mom in the dance industry). Dina also recently auditioned for and is now an apprentice for Unity LA-Contemporary under the direction of Tessandra Chavez.
