Weekly athletic schedule:  March 15-20

All Westview ATHLETES

     Come Get Your Physical!

     When: Wednesday June 2, 2010

     Where: Westview High School Gym

     Prepay Time: 6:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M.

    Pay At The Door Time 7:00 P.M. – 8:30 P.M.

**ALL PREPAY WILL GO THROUGH FIRST**

Why: All participants need an annual physical & Athletic Handbook signature pages in order to participate in Westview Athletics

 ONLY $20

Prepay at the Westview Finance Office. 
Checks made payable to “Westview”

Please print the physical and signature pages of the Athletic Handbook. Please bring all 9 completed pages to receive your physical.   All proceeds benefit Westview Athletic Training.
