The What's New page is updated often, and includes recaps of recent events or reminders. Check it weekly to learn more about our program and how we operate.
Our calendar is edited through the Google Calendar system, and is updated daily. We try to include as much detail as possible on the calendar. To learn more about an event, you can click on it to view a description, location and more.
Our unit has many teams. These include Athletics, Orienteering, Marksmanship, Colorguard, Armed and Unarmed Basic Drill, Armed and Unarmed Exhibition Drill, and Academics. Teams practice weekly to help us earn some trophies at competitions.
Commander Jordan is our SNSI and a retired Navy pilot. Petty Officer First Class Prior is our NSI and a retired Navy SEAL. Click here to see pictures and read their bios.
Cadets are responsible for learning their unit chain of command and navy chain of command. They are also held accountable for learning their "12 General Orders to the Sentry". These knowledge items are commonly asked on tests or during inspections. This page also has tips to help learn the general orders and a full list of NJROTC ranks.
We have links to many sites including Westview, the Poway District, and Learningpoint. You can also find resources for NJROTC homework and, if you're an athletic buff, we have the Navy PT Cadence.
We try to post our newsletter issues and plan of the week as often as possible. The newsletter is published quarterly, email the webmaster if you would like to be on a notification list for new issues.

We try to put together 1-2 movies per year. Hopefully we will have another recruiting video available by the end of the year.
Every cadet knows how important uniform inspection is. It is no longer an excuse to say that they could not find their "orange manual" with the uniform regulations. We have most common items posted on this page along with a ribbon checker. We understand that the fundraiser ribbon is not on the checker. That is because the fundraiser ribbon is not "CNET approved" and is therefore the least important ribbon.
If cadets would like to see what they received on the PFT/PRT/PFA, they can check using this form. Just fill out the respective fields, and our comes a score along with the ribbon earned.
We have added this contact page so that visitors may get in touch with our command. The page contains all team commanders, upper staff, and our Naval Science Instructors.
