How do you select board members?
Every year, the board of directors sends out an announcement looking
for new board members. An application is filled out online and the
board invites applicants to attend a meeting. The applicant is
encouraged to talk with other board members. The current board will
vote in new board members from both applicants and any current board
members that reapply to sit on the board. The terms are two-year
terms. However, each office held is for one year.

How
does the Westview Foundation decide where the money raised, is
spent?
The School has an Operational Cadre that is a team of Westview Staff
that represents all the various areas of the school. They are aware
of the needs school wide. For that reason we ask that the
Operational Cadre make the decision on how the money raised is
spent. This insures that the money raised will be put to the best
use, as determined by the school.
