Purpose

Statewide, non-profit organization that recognizes high academic performance. CSF active Life Members graduate with the gold honor cord and the CSF gold seal on their diploma. |

Community Service
Remember that to be an ACTIVE CSF member (to be eligible for the gold honor cord at graduation) you must complete community service for each term of membership. Please confirm your participation last year by checking the list of Completed Community Service for both Fall 2011 and Spring 2012. (Click on the links below)
Note: If you have not completed your community service for either term, then you may make it up by doing some community service over the summer. It will be your responsibility to turn in your Outside Hours Form at the beginning of Fall term 2012 and let us know which term of membership to apply that community service.
Active Life Membership = community service
