Good evening Valley parents. This is Dr. Johnsen calling with updates for next week.

If you dropped off or picked up students in front of school this week, you have noticed that our new parking lot is now complete. Please remember that the entire length of the curb is for student drop off, and you are requested to pull forward as far as you can before stopping your vehicle to drop your child off. This is especially important for our kindergarten parents. Even though the classrooms are close to the entrance to the drop off lane, if you stop there the traffic backs up and becomes unsafe for pedestrians. Thank you for your cooperation.

PUSD invites you to a day of parent education workshops on Saturday, March 21st at Rancho Bernardo High School. If you are interested in attending, please pick up a flyer with more information in the office.

And finally, please remember that PUSD food services requires that students carry a positive balance in their cafeteria accounts at all times. If your child has a negative balance of more than $4, he or she will not be served. Please contact PUSD food services or visit mylunchmoney.com for more information.
