Course Request Forms
2009-2010
Thank you for taking the time to access our web site and learning more about the course request process for the next school year. To the right, for grades 6, 7 and 8, are the Course Request Forms (CRF) for the next school year (2009-2010).
All CRF's are to be accessed and printed from this web site by each family. If you do not have access to a personal computer and/or printer, your child will be able to access one at school. He/she can print out the form and bring it home.
All students will automatically be enrolled in the following required courses:
- Language Arts
- Social Studies
- Mathematics
- Physical Education
- Science
Additionally, each student has an option to choose an elective for the year. The elective options are Full-Year or Semester (i.e., one elective for the entire school year or two semester electives for the year).
Once you and your student have completed the CRF, simply have your soon-to-be 7th/8th grade student deliver it to his/her RAM teacher by Wednesday, March 11.
For our incoming 6th graders, you will receive instructions from your current elementary schools.
