We hope that this registration procedure will be the
beginning of a successful and happy partnership between your home and Turtleback
School. In order to make
registration run as quickly and smoothly as possible, please read the following
information carefully.
There are District forms and Turtleback forms that must be completed. You can access both sets of forms through this website. Parents should fill-in, print, and sign both sets of forms. Bring completed forms along with documentation to Turtleback on May 6, 2008 between 8:30-11:30am..
Incomplete registration forms and documentation will result in a student NOT being enrolled in a PUSD school.
