Turtleback New Student Enrollment
If you would like to enroll a new student
Please call the Turtleback office at 858-673-5514 and a staff member will guide you through the enrollment process.
To begin the paperwork to enroll your student
Go to the following district enrollment website: www.powayusd.com/enrollment
Please complete the Poway Unified "Required Forms" online then print your forms.
Also complete and print any relevant "Optional Forms."
Finally, please complete and print the appropriate grade level Student
Information sheet (these are the "site specific forms" referred to on the
PUSD enrollment website):
Final steps
Bring all completed forms and the following original documents to Turtleback to complete the enrollment process:

Original birth certificate

Updated immunization records

2 proofs of residency
