Site Specific Forms for Shoal Creek
Listed below is the site-specific form necessary to complete your student’s registration for the 2009-2010 school year. Bring this form with you to your registration appointment.

Code of Conduct
Interdistrict/Intradistrict Transfers
Parents interested in their child(ren) attending a school other than their home school must submit for approval the appropriate paperwork as described below. Note that this paperwork is due by March 13th for the 2009-10 school year. For information on acquiring the paperwork and where to mail - IDT information
Interdistrict Transfers (students who live outside of PUSD boundaries) = must submit a new transfer request each year for consideration. The parent picks up the Interdistrict Transfer Form at our office in Sabre Springs or from their resident school district office. They first take the form to their district of residence to get "released", and then bring (or mail) the form to our office for consideration to attend PUSD next year. The sooner we get them and are able to process the request, the better for our projected enrollment numbers and your planning.
Intradistrict Transfers (students living in PUSD but requesting a school other than their school of residence) = only have to submit an IDT if they are entering middle school (6th grade) or high school (9th grade). Intradistrict transfers are good for the time the student is in the same school or at the same school level - so they don't have to renew them each year. However, new transfer requests and requests for students moving to middle school or high school do need to be submitted this March and considered for approval.
